Do you offer free shipping?

For shipping to Canada: Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 before tax and discounts. For all orders under $75, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies. Orders are shipped out using Canada Post with tracking.

For shipping to the US: Free shipping is available on all orders over $75 before tax and discounts. For all orders under $75, a flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies. Orders are shipped out using Canada Post and USPS with tracking.

Can MapleLife products be shipped to my country?

At the moment, MapleLife products can only be shipped to Canada and the United States. 

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

In-stock orders are generally shipped out within 3 business days. Customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) usually receive their deliveries within 2 businesses after ship-out, while all other customers in Canada usually receive their deliveries within 5-7 business days. Deliveries to the US usually arrive within 10 business days, but uncontrollable customs delays may increase shipping time.

Does MapleLife offer store pick-up?

Our online and offline inventories are managed separately, so unfortunately in-store pickups are not possible. You are always welcome to visit our retail store at 3681 McNicoll Ave., Toronto, M1X 1G5, close to Markham Rd. and McNicoll Ave. to purchase products in person.

Besides your retail store and online web shop, where else can I find MapleLife products?

MapleLife products are available in fine health food stores, T&T supermarkets, and FoodyMart supermarkets. 

As different stores may carry different stock, we recommend you to purchase from us directly or call the retailer directly to check inventory availability.

I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?

Please call us at (905) 754-0026 immediately. All unshipped orders may be canceled for a full 100% refund. Unfortunately, shipped orders may not be canceled.

Where are MapleLife products produced?

All MapleLife products are manufactured and packaged in our Toronto, Canada facility.

Where are your ingredients sourced?

Our ingredients are sourced from all over the world. All ingredient suppliers are extensively vetted and each ingredient batch is quality-tested before use with full traceability.

The product I want isn’t in stock. When will it be available again?

MapleLife stock usually replenishes within 4-6 weeks, or you can call us directly at (905) 754-0026 or email us at inquiry@maplelifecanada.com for an estimate.

What sort of quality guarantees do you offer?

All MapleLife products are registered with Health Canada with licensed Natural Product Numbers. This means all formulas and associated claims are approved by Health Canada. In addition, MapleLife manufactures all products to the highest GMP standards. We also offer a standard return/refund policy on all orders.

What is your return/refund policy?

MapleLife offers a 30-day refund policy. All unopened products in resalable condition may be returned for a refund within 30 days for the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking charge. To request a refund, please call (905) 754-0026 or email us at inquiry@maplelifecanada.com. 

Refunds are processed once the product(s) have been received and verified. The credit amount should show up in your original payment method within 10 business days.
